Cute little place and one of the only places to eat Tuesday night. The salsa is bland for a Texan but just add some salt and pepper and you are good to go. Fiesta salad was plentiful and not bland. Sopapillas are the end are complementary and so good if you put some butter and honey on top. Host and server were both lovely. Would go back and would recommend.
This is our absolute favorite restaurant in town. Tabitha is phenomenal. She always knows who my wife and I are and where we like to sit. We’ve had several different items there and they are all outstanding. The single order of fajitas was enough for us. You must get the sopaipillas. Everything there is great. Also, I HIGHLY recommend that you call and make reservations.
Wow! Delicious! The food was great.UST MAKE A RESERVATION. My mom had the enchiladas and a chili relleno - and it really hit the spot. My dad ordered the same but added a beef taco to the combination- and he couldn't finish it all but he thought all was authenticluy fabulous. I ordered the vegetarian fajitas and wow was I impressed. It was marinated mushrooms with peppers and onions with rice and beans, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and don't forget the tortillas. Man alive that was a lot of food to eat. The price was good at 16 -20 per plate.

It was great. In the past our family hasn't had great experiences there. But this time it was really nice. It was just two of us and we got seated by the fireplace! Had a really personable server who took care of us. The food was made right and tasted great! 10/10
This place is truly an amazing restaurant. This place definitely has to be in my top 3 favorite restaurants. The food is Mexican cuisine with a New Mexican twist to it. The employees are the kindest people. Having been there countless times, I have never had a waiter/waitress or anyone else be rude or disrespectful. As for the environment, it truly represents the town of Red River. The stunning painting and artwork hung up on the walls was sourced from local artists, the seating and table arrangements are in an old style but still very comfortable, and the style that it was built in represents Red River, beautiful yet simple.
Superb experience! We got in and out within an hour. The enchiladas were yummy. The wine-arita was delightful. The sopapilla was the fluffier and best we have ever had. This place is one of our new favs that we will visit every time we make the trek to NM.
On vacation for the 4th of July, 10 of our family members ate here. We started off with chips and warm chunky hot sauce. We enjoyed the flavors of the sauce. Then ordered mixed drinks and beer. We ordered various different types of entrees from stuffed Soapapplias, quesadillas, enchiladas, stuffed burritos and then ended the dinner with huge Soapaplias. It was a great experience. Our server Janie was awesome, she took care all of our needs. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
